Coconut Flour & Flax Seed Paleo Bread

1 tbsp Vinegar, White House Apple Cider (1Tbsp/15ml) 5 serving Egg, Farmhouse Eggs Cage Free Large Brown Eggs 16 tbsp Let's Do Organic! Coconut Flour 16 tbsp Wild Oats Organic Ground Flax Seed 1 tsp Olde Thompson Sea Salt 3 tsp Baking Powder - Great Value (by BSTOBIE) 1 tsp Baking Soda 4 tbsp Laura Lynn Coconut Oil 1/8 cup of Water
Beat together wet ingredients.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until becomes a fluffy dough mixture. DO NOT MIX TOO MUCH!
Pour into small loaf bread pan and smooth top.
You may have to shape into a bread shape!
Bake on 350 degees for about 60 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 slice!

The bread doesn't rise but that's because it doesn't have any yeast to it. It's not very tasty for those who are use to the processed foods from the store adding spices or sugar to the recipe will help with that. I find that it goes really well with cream or unsalted butter! - 1/13/16
