3 serving Bumblebee Premium Light Tuna in Water (2.5 oz Pouch) 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1.5 lime yields Lime Juice 1.5 tbsp chopped Shallots
Chop Cilantro, Shallot and Tomato and season with salt and pepper to taste and add lime juice.
Add tuna in directly, and incorporate all ingredients so that the lime juice coats them all. Cover and set in fridge for 25 minutes minimum. Taste yummier if you make it the night before.
