1 cup Wyman's Strawberries, blueberries and cherries with Kale 1 cup Real (brand) Coconut Water1 Tbs Chia seeds .5 Banana, fresh or frozen.125 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 Tbs Almond Butter
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute.
