1 lb Ground Turkey 1 Onion, diced4 Stalks Celery, cleaned and diced 2.5 cups Trader Joe's Steamed Lentils, 1 package4 Large Carrots, diced 12 oz Earthbound Farm Power Blend (Spinach, Chard, Kale) 2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base2 cups Water1 tbsp Garam Masala (mix of Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Fennel, Cinnamon, Pepper)1 tsp Turmeric, optionalAdditional seasonings to taste
Saute the turkey, onion, and celery about 10 minutes. Drain off any grease. Add the Lentils, carrots, power greens, and water with bouillon (or substitute chicken broth). Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the seasonings and cook another 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
