Rotel Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, shredded2 cups cooked brown rice1 can diced tomatoes or Rotel1 can Low fat Cream of Mushroom soup2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook chicken and rice separately. Shred chicken. Combine chicken, rice and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Once well combined, transfer to a 13x9 pan.

Bake for 30 minutes. Delicious the second day!
