Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
16 tbsp Philidelphia Dips - Jalapeno (by KWANGAWOO) 8 serving Flour Tortilla (Soft Taco Shell) 24 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 3 cup Cheese - Mexican Blend - 2% - 4 Cheese - Shredded - Kroger 1 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1.5 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce
Directions
Spray 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray, cover bottom of dish with 2 tortillas (tearing second tortilla and placing in corners to fully cover) Mix cooked and diced chicken, philidelphia jalapeno dip (8 oz or 16 tbsp), 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and 3/4 cup of scallions. Spread 1/3 of mixture on tortillas and cover with a thin layer of enchilada sauce. Repeat for 2 more layers. After third layer is completed cover with last 2 tortillas, rest of enchilada sauce, rest of cheese and the last of the scallions. Bake at 350 for 10-16 minutes. Enjoy!
