Bean Dip Plus

Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can fat-free refried beans2 Tbs water2 Tbs diced green chilies2 oz 2% Mexican shredded cheese1/8 tsp chili powder
Directions
Reserve 2 tbs of cheese for top.

Heat all ingredients on stove-top until bubbly.

Pour into bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
