Ingredients
2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 serving Kikkoman Rice Wine (Mirin) (1 Serving =2 TBSP) (by ERINCOTT) 2 fl oz Sake 4 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
Directions
Simmer all the ingredients over medium heat until sauce starts to thicken. Use hot in a stir fry or pour over seared meat.
