Ingredients
32 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 1 large Onions, raw 3 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 2 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 794 grams Crushed Tomatoes 3 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Basil 2 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Onion powder .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG) 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
1) Dice all veggies
2) Saute garlic and onions together until translucent, add meat and brown until just done - drain fat
3) Transfer all ingredients to crockpot & stir
4) cook on low with 6 hours
5) garnish with bacon or avocado if you would like.
