Becky's Chicken Salad with Craisins

Ingredients
3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise2 tsp. lime juice3/4 tsp. curry powder2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces1 medium apple, cut into bite-size pieces (I use a Golden Delicious apple)3/4 cup Craisins brand sweetened dried cranberries2 Tbsp. sliced green onion1/2 cup thinly sliced celery1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and curry powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.

Best prepared and served within 8 hours, but it also makes great leftovers!
