Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 7 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 1 serving Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots (8 carrots) 1 clove Garlic 1 large Onions, raw
Directions
Saute chopped onion in two tablespoons of water. Add garlic and pealed, cut potatoes and one cup of water. In large pot add cabbage to water just high enough to cover cabbage. Add onion and potatoes to cabbage. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
