Ingredients
4 fire roasted & seeded Hatch Whole Green Chilis -- 1 chili (35g) 2lbs (905.3 grams) Tomatillos 1 large Onions, raw - sliced & fire roasted1/3-1/2 cup Cilantro, raw Pepper, Garlic, & Cumin seasoning to taste
Directions
over an open flame roast the peppers, tomatillos.
Peel & Seed the peppers
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend

Serving Size: Makes 4 cups - 1 serving = 1/3 Cup
