2.5 serving Honeysuckle White Turkey Bratwurst 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen .75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup) 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Squeeze sausage out of casing. Brown, drain.
Sautee mushrooms.
Defrost spinach. Squeeze dry.
Whisk eggs and seasoning of choice.
Mix in sausage, mushrooms, spinach and most of cheese.
Divide evenly in pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
