Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .5 cup Canola Oil 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 4 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
preheat waffle iron, beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. beat in four, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
Spray preheat waffle iron with non stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto ht waffle iron. Cook until golden brown . serve hot.
