Lemon Shrimp and Wild Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup Shrimp1 Tablespoon Butter1 Cup Uncooked Wild Rice (makes 2 cups Cooked)1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice1 Can (2 Cups Chicken Broth)
Directions
Prep time 5 Minutes
Cook time 50 minute

Rinse Wild Rice. Add Chicken broth and butter to pot with rice. Bring to a boil in a pot with a tight fitting lid. Reduce heat and let rice simmer for 40 minutes. Add shrimp and lemon juice heat until rice is done and shrimp is pink.
