Avocado Oil Mayo

Ingredients
1 large egg1 Cup Avocado Oil 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 tsp sea salt2 T Lemon juice (I use from a squeeze lemon for consistency)
Directions
Put room temperature egg in a jar. Add other ingredients. Blitz with stick blender. Enjoy
