Heavenly Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin .75 cup Honey 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Baking Powder 1.25 cup Milk, 1% 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Finely chop apple. Beat egg, milk, vanilla, and honey together. Stir in chopped apple. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, then add to egg mixture, stirring well.

Pour mixture into 5x7 greased or sprayed glass casserole dish.

Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Berries, nuts and a splash of milk may be added.
