Healthier Thai peanut ginger sauce on ground turkey and shrimp

Ingredients
12 oz shrimp, medium Aldi's (by BRIYOWES) 20 oz Aldi ground turkey 2 serving Bell Pepper, Green - 1 cup chopped (by MOSBOURNE) 2 cup Zucchini (Chopped/Shredded) (by KARELLES) 4 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 3 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Chop 1 green bell pepp, 12 sweet baby peppers, 1\4 cup onion, and shred zucchini in large hole grater. Sautee with a little water and cover on med. Heat till tender. cook turkey while begs are simmering, prep the soy sauce + spices on side, when turkey is done drain and put on top of veggies, then cook shrimp in that pan , then add shrimp in pan with everything, mix together and evenly pour sauce and mix .
