Lentil Cheeseburger

Ingredients
2.5 cup Lentils 1 serving Wonder 100% Whole Wheat bread, 2 slices 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tbsp Soy Sauce .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) .5 tsp Onion powder 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Grind flax, cook lentils, mix everything together in food processor. Probably should mix ground flax seed with a little water before adding it in to the mixture. Fry in oil, top with cheese
