Ingredients
2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 serving Dymatize ISO-100 Whey Protein Isolate (by FRJCMAXIMILIAN)
Directions
Mix all ingredients mashing together well with a fork.
Spray cookie sheet with PAM spray
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
