Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal (uncooked), scant 1/4 cupPlain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup1 % Milk, 1/4 cupFrozen Strawberries (unsweetened), 7 berries Honey, 1/2 tbsp
Put the oatmeal in a blender and grind until it is all powder - this is important! It keeps your smoothie from having oat chunks in it.
Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
This makes a smoothie that is thick, but still easy to suck through a straw. Adjust the milk to make it the thickness you like.
