Crab Bisque Low carb

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter, salted .10 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 14.5 fl oz Chicken Broth .12 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 cup Half and Half Cream 4 oz Alaskan King Crab
Directions
melt butter, steam veggies for 5 minutes. whisk in cream cheese, then add broth. Bring to a boil and add cream, seasonings (pepper too) and crab. Heat through
