Ingredients
2 - 28 0z. cans tomato puree2 - 28 0z. cans of water (fill the tomato puree can)1 12 oz .can of tomato paste 1 tbsp. italian seasoning1/4 cup grated parmesan cheesesaltpepper
Directions
Empty tomato puree cans into large stock pot, then fill with water and add to puree. Add tomato paste. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and spice. Stir. Bring to boil; let simmer for 2 to 3 hours til thicken. Make approximately 10 - 8 oz containers, each is enough for 1/2 lb. of cooked pasta.
