Fiesta Lime Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 lime yields Lime Juice 3 clove Garlic 14 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild 8 tbsp Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing 1 serving Great Value Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese Shredded 4-5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray, and set to medium heat.
Add garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken, and brown until cooked to 165 degrees
Meanwhile, combine salsa, Ranch, and lime juice in a bowl.
Cover chicken with sauce, and top all with cheese upon serving.

Serving Size: Makes 4-5 servings, depending on size of chicken breasts & amount of sauce served
