Vegan peanutbutter cookies

Ingredients
6 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar 8 tbsp jiff natural peanutbutter (by LAKE50) 0.75 tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Flour, white (1 tb = 0.3 oz) (by CHRISTINEDC) 0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract 29.5 grams Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup 1 dash Salt
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients until well blended together. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix until it forms a dough. I just used my hands and then scraped the side with a soft plastic spatula. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray the pan with a nonstick spray. Form the dough into 11 balls and lightly press down. The dough should still be round and not completely flat. Score the tops with a fork and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
