Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 can of golden corn, drained1 can of cream style corn1 box ( 8oz) of Jiffy muffin mix1 cup of sour cream1/2 stick of butter1 egg
Directions
Mix all the ingrediants in a bowl thourouly. Pour the mix into a 13x9 in. pan and bake for 45 min. Let it stand for 5 mins and serve.

    I constantly bring this casserole to potluck dinners and it's always a hit. I bake it for 55 minutes at 350º in a 9x9 pan instead. - 5/19/14
