Crockpot Leg Quarters

Ingredients
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 2 drumstick, bone and skin remov Chicken Drumstick 2 large Onions, raw 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 6 medium Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 tsp Garlic .5 tsp Poultry seasoning 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tsp Rosemary, dried
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is done.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings, one thigh or drumstick each plus veggies
