20 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 large Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 4 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 1 can Canned Tomatoes 1 lime yields Lime Juice
Put all ingredients into crock pot on low for 4 hours. Layer peppers, onions, chicken, seasoning, garlic, peppers, onions, lime juice. Take out chicken pieces and shred, put them back in and stir around. Let cook another 20 minutes. Service with tortillas and whatever additional topping you like (tortillas not included in nutrition info)
