Low Carb & Low Salt Mini Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
16 tbsp Crispy Fried Onion Topping, canned 1/3 cup Organic Oat Bran (rough) 5 Eggs, medium48 oz Jenny-O Ground Turkey (Lean) 90% (3 lbs chub)1 tsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Poultry seasoning 1 tbsp Savory, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (I use my hands to mix, works best). Measure into 1/2 cup portions (I used a small custard dish, easier to scoop out). You can place directly into muffin tin or use papers I used papers, they slide right out. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Can be frozen & defrosted for quick bite on the run.

Serving Size: Makes 12 mini meatloaves (1/2 cup size, 4 oz)
