Ingredients
12 cup del monte tomato juice (by SLIMLINE52) 8 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv 7 serving Delmonte Diced Tomato Green Pepper & Onion 1/2 cup (by TYPINGIT) 4 cup, diced Celery, cooked 3 cup slices Carrots, cooked 8 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Chop all the vegetables, I used a mandolin to shred the cabbage combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil, simmer on med heat for 45 minutes or until the carrots are desired consistency.
