Walnut Fudge

Ingredients
8 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 4 tbsp Almond Butter 8 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 4 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tsp Vanilla Extract .75 cup Walnut halves, raw (by SOFONISBA_7) 1 serving Salt to taste
Directions
Using hand mixer, mix the coconut oil and almond butter together. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the pinch of salt and mix together again until combined. Stir in the walnuts.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Evenly distribute the fudge in the pan. Freeze, uncovered in freezer for at least hour. Cut into squares and serve cold.
