Cauliflower Popcorn

Ingredients
4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 3 cup Cauliflower, raw, chopped in ping-pong sized bits or smaller
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring/flipping every 15 minutes.
