Ingredients
.75 cup Beans, red kidney 11.5 tbsp *Grace* Coconut milk Powder (by SWAY_B_SEXY) 200 gram White Rice, long grain, Sun Rice (1/2 cup uncooked) (by NGILBERT87) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp salt.5 1tsp Coconut Oil .5 tsp thyme
Directions
Heat oil in a pot with a lid and cook chopped onion until transparent. Add 1 cup rice , coconut milk prepared according to package directions, beans, salt and thyme. Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer at medium low heat for 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
