100 gram(s) Pork, minced (by LIZZY63) 50 gram(s) Bitter Gourd (by MISSDAISY23) 0.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup green onion (spring onion) (by MONAB17) 1 tbsp Parsley 300 mL Water, tap 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Pepper, white
Season minced pork with soya sauce and pepper, slice bitter gourd and carrots. Chopped parsley and spring onions. Boil the pork first for about 5 minutes, then add carrot for another 10 minutes before adding bittergourd. Cook for about 10 minutes then add egg. Once egg cooked, can serve.
