0.25 cup Bob's red mill organic Buckwheat flour0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour (1/4 cup)0.5 tsp Salt, "Real Salt"2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup13.66 oz Thai Kitchen canned full fat coconut milk(full can)
Mix all ingredients. (If coconut milk has separated, mix it back together before adding dry ingredients.) Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto greased griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook until browned on one side, flip, and cook until browned on second side(be patient, it cooks kind of slow) Cool on wire rack. DO NOT STACK- they will get soggy.
