Garlic cream sauce and shrimp

Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream4 cloves minced garlic 8 oz shrimp, cooked and peeled3 tbsp of butter 3 tbsp of flour2 tbsp of parsley1 tbsp parmesan cheese shavings salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, melt butter and add flour. Make a rue. Add heavy cream. Stir until well combined. Add garlic, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper. Bring to a light boil to thicken. Add shrimp. Heat shrimp through and serve.
