Spicey Fish Bowl

Ingredients
16.0 oz Tilapia (3.5 oz or 99.2g)2.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)1.0 cup Beans, black1.0 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 cup Salsa2 cloves garlic
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Season fish with 1T chili powder, 1T cumin, and 1/2 t of cayenne. Bake for 20 min. Flake and set aside. Cook rice according to package directions. Drain and rinse beans. Chop pepper, onion and garlic finely and saute in oil till soft. Set aside. Saute corn till slighty browned. Add beans and heat through. Combine fish, rice and vegetables in a bowl. Chop avocado. Layer avocado, cheese and salsa on top. Serve.
