2.5 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)0.75 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh0.12 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded4.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
1. Boil chicken, shred with fork
2. On medium heat, heat chicken with taco seasoning and necessary water (see seasoning instructions)
3. Once meat is dry place on washed, dry leaves
4. Add taco parts
