Delcious Banana Nut Bread

2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tbs Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 large Egg3/4 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D 1/4 cup Mott's Applesauce, Cinnamon 2 cup Banana - Mashed
Preheat oven to 350° and grease 2 loaf pans/muffin pans
Mix dry ingredients in bowl (flour-walnuts)
Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl (egg-banana)
Add wet mix to dry mix (mixing well)
Pour half of batch into each pan
Bake 55-65 min for loaves 25min for muffins (until toothpick comes out clean from the center)
Let cool 5 min
Run knife along edge and while holding bread tip upside down to pop it out
ENJOY
Serving Size: makes 2 loaves 6 slices each 1 slice per serving or 24 muffins 2 muffins per serving
