Salmon Muffin Puffs

Ingredients
7 serving FISH-pink salmon 1 can=7 servings (Northern Catch) (by ANIA0422) 3 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g .12 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Dill weed, dried 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 0.25 tsp black pepper, coarse or cracked or ground (by CHUCKLES0719)
Directions
Preheat oven 350
Drain salmon and pick out any skin, leave bones
Beat 3 eggs well
Slice green onions very thinly including green tops
Mix well together in bowl with spices and lemon juice.
Scoop using 1/4 cup measuring cup into muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 mins or until light brown on top.
Cool completely. Can be frozen and reheated.
