Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw14.0 gram Simply Nature Coconut Oil1.0 serving Spinach and feta sausage3.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh1.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 serving Happy Farms: Sharp Cheddar (1/4 cup per serving)
Directions
First, sautee the mushrooms, scallions, and chicken sausage in coconut oil. Make sure that they are thinly sliced. Once they are ready, add your the eggs (beaten). Add the sherreded cheese and fluff the eggs accordingly.
