Veggie Brown Rice

Ingredients
Brown Rice, 2 cup cookedOlive Oil, 2 tbspGarlic, 4 clovesBroccoli, 1 cup choppedCarrots, 1 cup slicesOnions, 1 cup choppedSoy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and until onions become translucent. Add carrots and broccoli and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add in cooked brown rice. Add soy sauce and stir.
