6 large eggs (3 w/o yoke)4.5 oz - Ribeye steak, grilled1/3 c - diced tomato, raw1/4 c - chopped green onion, raw1/8 c - diced mushroom, canned1/2 c - shredded cheddar cheese
Beat eggs with wisk until well mixed and pour into medium sized greased skillet over medium heat. Cook until the bottom and around the edges is solid. Then add steak, tomato, green onion, mushroom, and cheese. Continue to cook until cheese melts then, using a spatula, flip one side over the other and allow leftover egg to run out and cook. Remove from skillet, cut in half and serve.
