3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 serving Unico Rotini 1.5 cups dry 200 gram(s) Squash, Summer, Zuchini, includes skin, raw (by THEODORE1958) 1 large Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 cup Three Cheese Blend shredded cheese (by HETH718) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Blue Bonnet Light Margarin 1/2 Tbs (by DISALAN)
Sprinkle chicken breast with desired seasoning and fry or bake as desired. In a saute pan slowly saute the onion, zucchini, and bell pepper with the margarine and garlic powder until soft or desired texture. Boil pasta to desired consistancy. Toss cooked pasta with veggie mixture, then toss in cheese. Serve each plate with the chicken breast sliced on top.
