Ingredients
Directions
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 dash Salt0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tbsp psyllium husk powder5.0 serving weight watchers cheese wedge
Mix egg whites and pinch of salt to very stiff peak stage. Mix rest of ingredients together (including the
egg yolks), fold into whites. Ladle 6 "rolls" onto a baking sheet. Cook at 300 for 25-30 minutes or until golden. I like to add different herbs and spices to match the meal I'm serving them with or sesame seeds 4 hamburger buns. Eggs work best at room temperature. Let's set for a while if you want them to be hard enough for a bun on a sandwich. Can be stored in the fridge but be careful they'll stick together or freeze. Different flavored cheese wedges can change them to a breakfast or dessert.
