Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 2.5 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add rice and sauté for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon, bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cover. Cook 50-60 minutes. Add more liquid if necessary.
