2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2. cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2. cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
Place peppers on botton of crock pot, place chicken breasts next, sprinkle seasoning and top with tomatoes. Cook for 3 hours, shred chicken and put back in crock put for an additional hour.
