Balsamic Parmesan Salad

Ingredients
4 Cups torn Romaine Lettuce2 Tbsp EVOO1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar2 Tbsp grated fresh parmesandash of salt and pepper
Directions
Add torn lettuce to salad bowl. In small mixing bowl, blend vinegar, EVOO, salt and pepper. Pour over lettuce and toss. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve.

Makes 5-6 1/2 cup servings.
