Ingredients
0.5 tbsp Parsley, dried1.0 dash Pepper, black0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne0.5 tbsp Basil1.0 dash Salt1.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked1.0 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf (salad)1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend4.0 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz.20.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, Mrs dash season, cayenne pepper. Rub it on to the pork chop. Grill on each side for five minutes. Then grill the sides to cook throw about one minute on each side. During the five minutes cook tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms in olive oil, basil and parsley on pan for about five minutes. Lay lettuce on plate, place pork chops on lettuce, place tomatoes mushrooms and peppers over pork chops and lettuce. Enjoy. Serving Size: 4 pieces of pork chops. One piece per plate
