600 grams Chicken Breast, with skin 30 gram(s) Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists 24 pretzels = 30g (by TINYONE123) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 3.25% .25 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Morton Table Salt (by LITTLELADY1996)

chop or grind pretzels and add pepper and salt mix well. then in separate bowl beat egg and milk. Dip chicken in milk bath then dredge in pretzel mix, put on backing sheet and cook for 45-50 min at 350 F
